At NUA, we specialize in modern bridal accessories designed to help you escape the ordinary. Our mission is to provide you with unique and stylish pieces that elevate your bridal look from your hen party to your wedding day.

Conscious of our carbon footprint, all of our pieces are handmade in Ireland, we only make what we need.
Limited Edition pieces will be added to our collections, using locally sourced fabric remnants.

Refunds & Returns

All returns must be unworn, unused and in their original condition. Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Return requests for items purchased on sale are non refundable.

 

Clients are responsible for return and refund shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of N U A, or if the item was faulty or damaged our client will receive a replacement piece.

 

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.

Processing & Delivery Times

Our orders will be shipped within 3-5 working days.

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.  

 

We cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the incorrect address. Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order and that you will be available to receive your order at this address upon delivery. 

Shipping fees are non refundable and we are not responsible for carrier delays.
